This site is operated by YOYO Studio FZ-LLC. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Case studies, figures and timescales are illustrative and describe past engagements; they are not a promise of a comparable outcome.
Engagements
Work is carried out under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, milestones, intellectual property and confidentiality. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers.
Submitting a brief through this site starts a conversation. It creates no contract and no obligation on either side.
Material you send us
You confirm that you are entitled to send us any brief, file or reference you submit, and that doing so infringes nobody’s rights. Please do not send confidential material before a confidentiality agreement is in place; if you do, we will treat it with reasonable care but cannot accept liability for it.
We do not claim ownership of what you send. You grant us only the permission needed to read it and to respond to you.
Intellectual property in this site
The design, code, text and imagery of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Client work is published with client consent and remains the property of the respective owner. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires our written consent.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to a nominal amount, since the site is provided free of charge.

Where we link to another site we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. Where you deal with us as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your place of residence.
